Our plan rests on the Constitution and the respect, treatment and justice Americans should expect from our elected representatives as human beings, Americans, workers, paid and unpaid, and taxpayers.
- I will work to enforce the Constitution and establish laws that clarify that human rights and the rights of the people established in the Constitution belong only to people and ALL people and that these rights may not be infringed by Government actors or associations, corporations or foreign interests of any kind, on our soil or anywhere American resources are spent or American power is exerted.
- I will work to ensure that the Constitution is enforced and ensure that the resources of the American people are used for Constitutional purposes only: to educate, protect and serve the health and welfare of the American people at home and abroad, to support our families, to protect our communities and to protect our natural resources for our benefit and the benefit of our children.
- I will put forward a plan for Medicare, Medicaid and Tricare for all that ensures that patients receive the necessary care prescribed by their physicians and healthcare providers. The plan will prohibit discrimination for services deemed medically necessary. The plan will develop our healthcare resources assuring that healthcare education opportunities are given based on merit and national need. The plan will eliminate perverse and harmful profit incentives for the denial of care and eliminate obsolete third-party non-healthcare providers for taxpayer funded services.
- Our plan provides the support families, caregivers and workers need to ensure the safety, education and care of their infants, children, elders and loved ones experiencing disability and illness and sustain community that supports the human rights of all.
- I will demand accountability for American funds and assets to ensure they are spent in a Constitutional manner requiring audits of the Defense department, foreign and corporate payments, investment and gifts to all elected officials. We will demand disclosure of all gifts, investments, profits, benefits or payments over $50.00 from the same person or entity to the elected person, their holdings, the holdings of their family and any affiliate and demand placement or clawback of those assets into the Treasury and custody of the American people for our benefit.
